Miri Segal
Segal is a frequent lecturer at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design. Born in Israel in 1965, she received her PhD in Mathematics from Hebrew University and studied at the San Francisco Art Institute. Segal’s numerous awards and honors include Artist in Residence at the Centre International d'accueil et d'échanges des Récollets in Paris; Culture and Sports Prize from the Israeli Ministry of Science; and the Nathan Gottesdiener Foundation Israeli Art Prize from the Tel Aviv Museum of Art. Segal lives and works in Tel Aviv.
