This year we have begun work on our biggest project to date: we are returning the entire Bezalel Academy from Mount Scopus to the center of Jerusalem, the Russian Compound. We believe that an Academy of Arts and Design must be connected to the pulse of an urban environment providing interaction between the students and faculty with the public. We also see the presence of the Academy in the heart of the city as a major contribution to the strength and revival of the center of Jerusalem.
